When to Replace
Your Cartridges
Your system will alert you automatically — but here are the key signals to watch for.
Filter Life Indicator
Both the T3-M and G3P600 display filter life on the unit. When the indicator turns amber (20% remaining) or red (replace now), order your cartridges through us.
Taste or Odour Change
If your water starts to taste or smell different — even slightly — the pre-filter carbon stages may be exhausted. This usually happens before the indicator alerts you on older units.
Reduced Flow Rate
A noticeably slower flow from your dedicated tap is a sign the RO membrane or pre-filter needs replacement. Don't ignore it — a clogged membrane forces the pump to work harder.
